Do you have a printed catalog of your store items?

No, we do not print a catalog. All our items are added to our store database and are listed online.

Where are your products from?

All our products are 100% Eco-friendly and sourced from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, China and India. We select products only after extensive testing.

Placing an Order

What are the Order placement methods?

You can place an order online, over the telephone or emailus at orders [at] thegreenecostore.com.

Telephone orders

We encourage you to order online. However, please feel free to call in your order.
Call us at (9714) 332-7693, Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, UAE time.
Telephone customers can pay via AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Your order did not process?

If your order didn't go through the first time, please email customer.service [at] thegreenecostore.com and tell us what your error message says and we will help you process your order.

How will I know that my order has been received and will be delievered?

Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail that includes your order details and order number. Please refer to this order number when contacting us about the status of your order.

When will I know that my order has been processed?

Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate - especially your email address and delivery address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, your checkout page will give you an order reference number, and you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was deducted from your credit card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I correct it?

Contact customer.service [at] thegreenecostore.com right away and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. Most of our orders are typically processed immediately after purchase confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

How can I change my order?

As long as the Status of your order does not show "Shipped", you can call customer servie at +9714-3327693 or Email customer.service [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to change your order. Customer Service is available Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm UAE Time.
Note: Make sure to include your email receipt information and order reference number.

Can you cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders typically process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, please contact customer service to discuss returning your order.

My last order was not successful. Can I complete my order?

Yes. Please login to My Account area and review the list of orders. Click on the 'Proceed' button next to the failed / incomplete order to complete your order.

I created the cart, but did not place the order. Can I continue with the cart?

Yes. Please login to My Account area and click on Incomplete Cart link. Click on the 'Continue' button next to the cart you wish to activate.

Gift Certificates

What is a Gift Certificate?

A Gift Certificate is a voucher with a pre-determined value. It can be sent by you to your friends, relatives or colleagues as a gift. The receipient can shop on our online store or at our outlet in Mercato Mall, Dubai for the value of the Gift Certificate. It can be sent instantly via email or you can print it out and give it to the recipient yourself.

How can I order Gift Certificates?

You can buy the Gift Certificate on our site at Gift Certificates. You can pay for them via PAYPAL or 2CHECKOUT.

What is the value of the Gift Certificates?

The Gift Certificate can be of the value of Dhs 250, Dhs 500 or Dhs 1000.

Where can the Gift Certificate be redeemed?

The Gift Certificate can be redeemed for any product on our site at www.thegreenecostore.com or at our outlet at Mercato Mall, Dubai. (certain Terms and Conditions apply)

Wish List

If I create a wish list, can I transfer the items to a shopping cart?

Yes, you can transfer all items in your wish list directly to your shopping cart.

Payment Methods

What are the Payment Methods accepted on your store?

We accept payment online only via PAYPAL and 2CHECKOUT.com
We accept payment over the telephone via AMEX, VISA and MASTERCARD.
We accept payment as Cash on Delivery, currently, only for Dubai based customers.
We accept payment as Wire Transfer, currently, only for UAE based customers. Additional AED 25 will be added to the total amount as Bank Service Charge.

Account Details

How do I update my account at TheGreenEcostore.com?

If you have signed up for an online account with The Green Ecostore, you may update your mailing address, email address, name changes or telephone number by visiting our site at "www.thegreenecsotore.com" and clicking on "my account" at the top of the page. Log into your account to review and update your personal information as and when required.

Do you store my credit card details?

No, we do not store any credit card details - as all card details are directly processed by PAYPAL or 2CHECKOUT. We do not have access to your credit card details.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Order and Shipment Confirmation

After ordering and successful processing of your order, you will receive two email confirmations from The Green Ecostore. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. This email will also give you a link to print your invoice. Then, within 24 - 48 hrs, you will be notified via email, after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. (excluding weekends and holidays)

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Standard delivery all over the UAE is at a flat rate of Dhs 15 for upto 5 kg. Most of our items are between 100gm - 1kg per piece. We offer Free Delivery within the UAE for all orders over Dhs 200 and upto 5 kg.

We deliver via Empost and UPS.

Outlets and Stores

Do you have a store?

Yes, we have an outlet at Mercato Mall, Jumeirah.
The timings are 10AM - 10PM, Sat-Thurs and 1PM - 9PM on Friday.

Where else can we buy your products?

You can buy a variety of our products at these outlets in the UAE. Please note that not all products are available at all stores.

Do you handle bulk orders?

Yes, we do handle bulk and wholesale orders for most of our products.

Yes, we can print corporate logos onsome of our products.

How do you protect my personal information?

The Green Ecostore is very sensitive to the issues of online privacy and electronic security. As we establish and maintain an online relationship with you, we want you to know we will always do whatever possible to ensure a secure and private environment to maintain your unquestioned trust.

At The Green Ecostore, we take the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority. The Green Ecostore does not share any customer information, unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from our store.

Even within The Green Ecostore staff, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from our store. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with products or services, do not have any access to your email.
